Works Management

We manage for you the works of conservation, maintenance and improvement of your properties. To know:

• On a daily basis: Small jobs and the maintenance contracts necessary for the conservation of your inheritance and to remedy to minor troubles that your tenant could have
• Corrective works requiring a scheduled intervention and the validation of a quotation from you;
• Major renovation or major improvement works, requiring a strategic reflection to carry out with you and possibly in collaboration with an architect or an engineer, with a view to investment and property improvement.
